I am a specialist mental health clinician with frontline experience across CAMHS crisis services and community mental health settings within the NHS.
My work centres on supporting individuals and families during periods of acute psychological distress, with a strong focus on culturally responsive, community-based care. Alongside my clinical practice, I bring a solid foundation in workforce and people leadership, informed by formal training in human resources and organisational management. This dual perspective allows me to engage not only with clinical outcomes but also with the systems, teams, and structures that sustain effective mental health services.
I am particularly interested in advancing community mental health initiatives across Africa through meaningful partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and local communities to strengthen access, dignity, and continuity of care.

I am a purpose-driven leader committed to building institutions that deliver meaningful, measurable impact across the full span of human life, from childhood to ageing. For over 17 years, my work has focused on transforming complex social challenges into structured, sustainable solutions, guided by a business-first approach that grounds altruism in strong systems, disciplined operations, and data-led decision-making.
My experience across the non-profit and private sectors has shaped a leadership style centred on institutional integrity, strategic clarity, and long-term sustainability rather than short-term visibility. At my core, I am an altruist who leads with intention, focused on protecting dignity, expanding opportunity, and creating organisations that serve people at the most fundamental stages of life.
My goal is not to build projects, but institutions that endure and continue to create impact across generations.
