Domiciliary & Social Care Partnerships

ELDA collaborates with domiciliary care providers, care agencies, caregivers, and community organisations to deliver holistic support for older adults. Through these partnerships, we complement existing care arrangements by providing social connection, companionship, and community engagement. Our role is to enhance care experiences by addressing social and emotional needs alongside practical support. By working collaboratively, we help ensure older adults receive consistent, respectful, and person-centred services that align with their preferences and routines.
