Wellness & Safety Education

ELDA provides wellness and safety education to support informed and confident ageing. Through talks, workshops, and facilitated conversations, we share practical information on topics such as mental wellbeing, physical health, personal safety, and everyday living. We work in partnership with health professionals, health educators, caregivers and safety experts to ensure information is clear, relevant, and delivered with sensitivity. Our approach prioritises understanding, reassurance, and empowerment, helping older adults and their families make informed decisions and feel supported in maintaining wellbeing.
